Job Description
Logistics Support Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the receipt unpacking verification and documentation of incoming laboratory samples and materials.
- Ensures proper labeling tracking and storage of samples in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinates with laboratory and client services teams to resolve sample discrepancies or issues.
- Maintains accurate records of sample intake and chain-of-custody documentation.
- Supports the pre-analytical phase of laboratory operations by preparing samples for processing.
- Assists in inventory management of shipping supplies and sample containers.
- Adheres to all applicable regulatory and safety guidelines including proper handling of potentially hazardous materials.
- Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying and recommending efficiency enhancements in sample logistics workflows.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support laboratory operations.
Qualifications :
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 0 2 years of experience in logistics shipping/receiving or laboratory support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Potential Environmental Factors:
- This laboratory carefully maintains all hazardous materials. All employees must abide by Eurofins CellTx Safety and Exposure procedures. This includes using the provided safety clothing and equipment.

Additional Information :
Position is part-time 90-Day temp Tuesday - Saturday 9:30am - 1:30pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Tucson AZ are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation: $15.00
