Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in public relations corporate communications or marketing preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear engaging and brand-aligned messaging.
Strong media relations skills with experience in drafting and distributing press releases coordinating media visits and handling media inquiries.
Familiarity with PR tools such as Meltwater Cision or PR Newswire is an advantage.
Experience managing and creating content for social media platforms with a good understanding of tone voice and engagement strategies.
Basic knowledge of branding storytelling and visual communication including working with designers and photographers.
Experience supporting the planning and execution of events photo/video shoots and media campaigns.
Ability to maintain consistency in brand messaging across all communication touchpoints (online and offline).
Knowledge of internal communication practices and tools (e.g. newsletters staff announcements).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva Adobe Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages (such as French or Arabic) are a plus depending on region and guest profile.
