Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing digital strategies that drive traffic and conversion across direct and indirect online channels with a focus on key feeder markets.
  • Oversee the creation curation and publishing of original brand-aligned digital content to engage target audiences.
  • Maintain and optimize hotel presence across OTA platforms metasearch engines and online listings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to assess content quality pricing and promotional positioning ensuring the hotel maintains competitive visibility.
  • Manage and grow the hotels social media presence ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize digital acquisition channels including SEO paid social display advertising and metasearch in coordination with external partners and agencies.
  • Support the execution of the email marketing calendar for Rooms F&B and other revenue-generating outlets aligned with brand guidelines and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the agency and internal teams to generate innovative content marketing ideas and digital activations that enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and update website content through CMS/AEM in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Generate and analyze monthly and quarterly performance reports to evaluate campaign success website traffic and conversion metrics.
  • Assist the Revenue Team in ensuring rate parity across all digital platforms and flag inconsistencies.
  • Monitor and respond to online guest reviews on relevant platforms to uphold brand reputation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing E-Commerce Digital Media Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.

  • Proven experience managing multi-brand or cluster-level digital strategy across various online platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO SEM performance marketing paid media and email marketing.

  • Proficient in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics CMS tools and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Mailchimp or similar).

  • Experience working with OTAs global hotel brand platforms and direct booking optimization strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data extract insights and develop ROI-focused marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent project management communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends hospitality technologies and consumer behavior patterns.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. French Arabic) are an asset depending on the location.
