Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing E-Commerce Digital Media Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Proven experience managing multi-brand or cluster-level digital strategy across various online platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO SEM performance marketing paid media and email marketing.
Proficient in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics CMS tools and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Mailchimp or similar).
Experience working with OTAs global hotel brand platforms and direct booking optimization strategies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data extract insights and develop ROI-focused marketing campaigns.
Excellent project management communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends hospitality technologies and consumer behavior patterns.
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. French Arabic) are an asset depending on the location.
