Balazs Nanoanalysis is a contract analytical laboratory owned by Air Liquide Electronics is world-wide leader in supplying gases specialty chemicals and services to a wide variety of industries. Balazs Nanoanalysis operates analytical labs around the world serving both internal and external clients. We support clients in a wide array of industries including semiconductor biotechnology aerospace/defense industry solar energy storage automotive and many others. Our highly-skilled chemists assist other scientists and engineers from companies in these fields to support a wide array of activities such as quality assurance contamination studies R&D and failure analysis.
Strong dedication to helping customers resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Ability to work as a team and alone. Well organized flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting both customers and laboratory operations.
Responsibilities
Interface with customers to resolve issues including sample data questions unmatched sample ID and unclear analysis requested.
Navigate LIMS systems receive samples create reports and be able to look up samples in the lab both historically and in real time.
Perform shipping via UPS and FEDEX- to send out sample bottles and return sample parts to customers.
Receiving samples and supplies following safety guidelines.
Responsible for disposal of lab chemical wastes.
Responsible for inventory control of sample bottles and shared lab supplies. This includes ordering sample bottles washing and returning to inventory cleaned bottles.
Be able to lift 35 lbs with assistance.
Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
2 years of CSR experience or equivalent experiences.
Have a basic understanding of hazardous chemicals.
Ability to identify and analyze situations when customer analytical requests do not match the quote or other paperwork.
Familiar with LIMS Applications.
Ability to effectively utilize Google Drive.
Effectively communicate and coordinate issues within the organization via email orphone.
Ability to Work in a Team Environment.
The hourly rate range for this position in Texas is $18.00 to $20.00
