What does your day to day look like

• Deliver tailored customer-focused solutions by understanding client needs presenting with a total audio focus and taking a proactive approach to maximize revenue through strategic selling.
• Drive new business growth by consistently prospecting for opportunities identifying client marketing challenges and developing solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of agency clients across broadcast and digital channels consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and market share goals.
• Maintain strong relationships and account management by setting clear goals for key accounts providing accurate sales forecasts and staying aligned with Customer Focused Selling principles.
• Demonstrate strong industry expertise and personal accountability through continuous learning effective time management and engaging clients both during and outside of business hours.

What youll need:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development with 23 years of consistent results-driven performance in generating and growing client accounts.
• Skilled in identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions ideally within the media or advertising industry to deliver mutual value and long-term success.
• Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation abilities with a strong track record of engaging stakeholders and maximizing value for both clients and the business.
• Highly motivated and emotionally intelligent with the ability to work independently manage time effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
