Job Description

Datarails has created a SaaS solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in finance departments: the overflowing amount of data that up until now was managed by an excess of Excel sheets. Datarails consolidates all cross-organizational data and enables finance professionals to follow it manage it and derive insights from analysis. Instead of spending time on manual consolidation Datarails automates the consolidation process and the creation of financial reports. It s cloud-based so nothing gets lost and it s scalable so almost every feature can be added.

Were seeking a visionary Marketing Graphic Designer who combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to elevate our brand presence. As a collaborative leader and independent thinker youll inspire our design team while working cross-functionally to transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate thrives in our fast-paced environment stays ahead of industry trends and brings both creative intuition and analytical skills to drive measurable results.



What Youll Do:
  • Develop execute and oversee the creation of high-quality visual designs that build on Datarails brand strategy and marketing goals across various platforms including digital and social media
  • Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand/concept consistency while also innovating within those parameters
  • Provide organization direction and support to design team members on design projects ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall creative vision
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing product and sales to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Generate creative concepts and visual language that resonate with target audiences based on strategic briefs and company KPIs
  • Stay updated on design trends tools and best practices to keep Datarails creative output fresh and competitive
  • Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for design that reflects in daily work actively seeking inspiration from industry trends and innovations to bring fresh creative perspectives to the team
  • Create and manage design assets ensuring proper usage and accessibility across the organization


Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in brand and creative services experience in the B2B SaaS industry
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field;
  • Experience working in fast-paced high-growth technology companies
  • Excellent technical design skills and proficiency in design and project management tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Figma)
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with Gen AI tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content/visuals
