We are currently searching for a Integrations services SSIS & Reporting services(SSRS :
Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for MSBI applications (SQL SSIS SSRS).
- Analyze job failures recommend resolutions and implement workarounds.
- Manage incidents SLA compliance and on-call support for critical applications.
- Liaise with customers to manage expectations and escalations.
- Document processes and collaborate with developers on changes.
- Utilize Service Now and Control-M for ticketing/scheduling.
Requirements:
- 5 years in MSBI production support (SQL Server 2012/2016 SSIS SSRS).
- Expertise in MSBI and SQL Server architecture.
- Experience with Service Now Control-M or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for weekend shifts 12 hours) and weekdays 30 hours).
Desired:
- Python experience.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
