About the Role:
Are you ready to take the first step in your facilities and maintenance career We are seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Associate to join our team at our fast-paced distribution center. In this hands-on role youll play a vital part in ensuring the day-to-day operational efficiency and safety of our facility.
What Youll Do:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including light carpentry basic electrical HVAC troubleshooting and grounds upkeep.
Assist with internal office moves arranging furniture and installing partitions.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility-related work and improvements.
Estimate labor and materials costs for small-scale construction and repair projects.
Support environmental initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce energy and resource consumption.
Ensure compliance with building codes and internal facility standards.
Contribute to planning and development of efficient sustainable facility operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
01 year of general maintenance or related experience
A strong interest in learning facility maintenance practices
Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete routine tasks independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Some hands-on experience or formal training in a trade is a plus
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
