Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Groups production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient sustainable customized technology and process solutions. Our core expertise in industrial gas energy conversion and gas purification enables customers to optimize natural resources. We cover the entire project life-cycle: license engineering services / proprietary equipment high-end engineering & design capabilities project management & execution services. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Offers preparation for piping scope (e.g. manhours estimation scope definition material quantities estimate etc.);
Piping and plant layout studies and Piping Detail Design performed in SP3D;
Piping 3D modelling in Smart Plant 3D (SP3D);
Creation of Piping MTO reports;
Creation of Plot plan EQP Arrangement Piping Arrangement Isometric drawings;
Multidisciplinary cooperation (Process Static PUs Structural and Civil Modularization Engineering Team);
Reviewing and commenting Vendors documentation related to Piping and Plant layout design;
Performing 3D model Project Reviews;
Performing site visits (e.g. on site measurements etc.) .
Are you a MATCH
Advanced in Smart Plant 3D all modules (e.g. Equipment Structural Smart Sketch etc.);
Basic knowladge in Stress Engineering;
Basic knowlage in Material Engineering;
Inter-discipline mindset;
Agility;
Mobility;
Contract awareness;
Cost consciousness;
Ensuring quality of engineering documents and material supply according to contract requirements;
Ability to provide realistic and reliable forecasts on man-hour consumption quantities cost achievement of milestones and freezing dates;
Ability to manage man-hour consumption quantities cost achievement of milestones and freezing dates and deviations.
