Job Description

Your mission

As an Account Manager at Equativ you will have the opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry. You will be responsible for a variety of internal and external management functions including but not limited to establishing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships monitoring our Managed Service and Programmatic offerings and working collaboratively across multiple internal teams.


What youll do

The role is a cross mission depending on both Operations and Sales departments.

Work with Equativ Sales team to grow revenue with the clients :
- Presales and Post Sales support to Demand & Supplyclients
- Inventory and targeting recommendations on all channels and formats
- Operational management of existing opportunities
- Day-to-day monitoring of the Demand Sales revenue and optimizations
- Ensure a quick and efficient support to fix critical media trading situations : on self-service platform and managed services
- Manage ongoing technical requests from agencies/TradingDesks
- Respond to agencies trading desks briefs / RFPs with media plans
- Prepare client presentations (business reviews)
- Coordinate with internal Tech & Support Teams to escalate issues and ensure quality of service for clients.
- Onboard new clients on self served curation platform and new features


Deals operations :
- Definition and creation of auction packages
- Market analysis of inventory and demand
- Monitoring and optimization of deals performances
- Analyse data to propose inventory solutions to buyers
- Working closely with Product and Central Ad Operations to build the future of our programmatic solutions


Team Management :
- Monitor Account Managers activity
- Guarantee quality of service : reactivity and expertise
- Grow expertise within the team with support of central Teams.
- Train the team on new features
- Work closely with Sales Director and Central Ad Operations


About you

- Master/bachelor degree in Business management with strong tech/media background
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory to be successful in that role.
- 4 years of experience in ad tech agency or brand experience preferred OK.
- Strong programmatic trading experience on DV360 is recommended.
- Understanding of online advertising and marketing industry is a must.
- Client centric reflexes and way of working
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion and precise attention to detail
- Strong analytical/excel skills to identify trends warnings and opportunities to support the sales team
- strong Communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with different teams and to coordinate
- Process and tools like Salesforce or Tableau will be a strong plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Interest for ad-mark tech industry to learn quickly ( wording and constraints)
- Big autonomy to manage a real clients portfolio
