What Youll Do:
Efficiently dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level availability and priority
Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations including workflow optimization and team coordination
Communicate with technicians advisors and parts department to ensure smooth service operations
Monitor and update repair timelines to ensure on-time vehicle delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and timely updates
Assist in resolving any service-related concerns or escalations
Maintain accurate service records and adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards

What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience in a dealership service department (dispatcher service advisor or management role preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of CDK/ADP or similar DMS software is a plus
Passion for the automotive industry and a drive to exceed expectations
