The Emory Orthopedic Surgery APP Post Graduate Fellowship Program is currently accepting applications for the Spring 2026 Cohort. Emory Healthcare provides a structuredand supportive post graduate training and education program for Advanced Practice Providers in Orthopedics.
The Emory Orthopedic Surgery APP Fellowship is a one-year program that provides a structured and supportive post-graduate training and education to Orthopedic APPs to enhance quality and safety in patient care and to retain exemplary staff and improve outcomes.

Position Summary:
The Orthopedic Surgery NP and PA Fellowship Program is a one-year program that prepares fellows to become highly skilled in the multidisciplinary collaborative and evidence-based management of complex and challenging patients in Orthopedics.
The Fellowships innovative curriculum covers the entire spectrum of the specialty area including joints upper extremity lower extremity orthopedic oncology and spine.
Fellows will have exposure to the care of Orthopedic patients with rotations that will allow them to cultivate specialized and thorough knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited PA or Acute Care NP Masters program prior to the start of the Fellowship program.
National board certification as a PA or Acute Care NP.
Eligible for licensure as a PA or NP in Georgia.
Eligible for DEA license.
American Heart Association BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications required.
