Job Description
Music-Percussion Ensemble
Job Description: These stipend roles are designed to enhance the districts music program by supporting performance ensembles enrichment groups and co-curricular music activities. Directors choreographers and ensemble leaders will plan rehearse and lead students in musical performances that reflect high standards of musicianship inclusion and school spirit.
Primary Responsibilities May Include: Planning and conducting regular rehearsals Selecting appropriate repertoire that supports diverse and inclusive programming Coordinating logistics for performances competitions and community events Collaborating with staff across the music and performing arts departments Supervising students and ensuring a safe respectful rehearsal environment Providing choreography staging and artistic direction as needed Supporting feeder programs and alignment across grade levels Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of Director of Fine & Performing Arts to meet evolving program needs or interdisciplinary initiatives. Compensation: Per the WEA contract.
Stipend amount: $1459. 2025/26
