About the role:
Our Developer Portal API team is looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is passionate about Open APIs and AI to help drive the growth of our offering.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Gain the necessary knowledge to understand Kyribas functionality and how to enable connectivity using APIs.
Contribute to the enhancement of our new Developer Portal by:
Enriching the Community with Kyriba-related content including new APIs articles and guides
Participating in the specification of new use cases and utilizing programming skills to deliver code samples
Introducing new features and enabling automation for self-service capabilities or AI-powered tools to enhance the overall user experience
Support the improvement of our tools for managing API exposure and consumption.
Assist in scaling our operations by automating processes and minimizing time spent on repetitive tasks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including API producers (product engineering) and those involved in sales and support (engineering marketing pre-sales support) to gather feedback and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Support API consumers in their day-to-day use of APIs and work to continuously improve their Developer Experience (DX)
Education Experience & Skills:
Experience in designing programming testing or supporting open APIs (API development is not required for this specific role)
Proficiency in testing APIs using tools like cURL or Postman is essential
Familiarity with AI concepts and their practical applications; experience with Dust assistants is a plus
Experience with third-party technologies that support Open APIs
Passion for creating innovative business solutions through open APIs and AI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues analyze root causes and propose effective solutions
Technically savvy with familiarity in tools and technologies such as cURL Postman Swagger UI Spectral Python/Jupyter Notebook HTML Markdown CSS and Java
Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen eye for detail particularly in visual presentation and user experience
