Were looking for a Sales Operations Manager - Sales Development with strong business development process knowledge and expertise dedicated to driving insights and operational rigor for our EMEA Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Reporting to the Director of Global SDR Operations you will be responsible for:

  • Providing data insights to SDR leadership including KPIs performance metrics goal attainment pacing and conversion rates analysis to drive actionable business improvements
  • Supporting SDR leadership with QBR preparation SDR/Sales interlock data and auditing monthly SDR results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional analysts to assess pipeline creation SDR processes / technology stack campaign performance and lead funnel health
  • Managing SDR dashboards to ensure operational insights related to territory analysis pipeline generation MQL SLAs opportunity creation and results measurement

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a large Sales Development organization preferably in an operational or analytics-focused capacity.
  • Strong understanding of SDR workflows and processes including territory management MQL/SQL tracking pipeline development and SDR-to-Sales handoff processes.
  • Proven proficiency with Salesforce (reporting dashboards and data management) and the enterprise Sales technology stack (i.e. tools like Outreach ZoomInfo LeadIQ LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)
  • Strong expertise with Excel/Google Sheets to analyze and track key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including SDR leadership marketing and sales organizations to support operational efficiency and business alignment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience delivering data insights and business recommendations to both leadership and field teams.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • In-role experience in a Sales Development capacity or direct sales prospecting/lead generation with a strong understanding of SDR workflows and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau/BI tools to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo enabling seamless collaboration with Marketing Operations on campaigns and MQLs.
  • Background in project management with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that impact SDR performance at scale.
  • A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
