Your role and responsibilities
Suffolk County Council (SCC) delivers a 0-19 Healthy Child Service for the whole of Suffolk which includes School Nursing Health Visiting Childrens Centre services Family Nurse Partnership and our Health Business Centre.
Children and Young Peoples Services (CYP) Community Health provides services for both prospective and existing parent/ carers children and young people focusing on the earliest point of intervention to enable the best outcomes for children.
As an Assistant Administration manager you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and development of the database used to collate training information and provide robust administrative support to the Governance team.

The team
This role forms part of the CYP Community Health Governance Team within the wider delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
CYP Community Health Governance team is a small highly skilled group that works closely together. We value flexibility and resilience allowing team members to work across different areas and keep their roles fresh and interesting. We encourage new ideas and different ways of doing things and we are committed to continuous improvement and collaboration. There is an expectation that you will come into the office for team meetings or undertaking training.
