Job Description

SYNTAX advises SMEs on topics ranging from hosting to hybrid cloud scenarios from AWS to Microsoft to SAP HANA from IoT and analytics to taking over application management. Headquartered in Montreal Canada the company was founded in 1972.

Location Weinheim

As a working student (m/f/d) you will support the team in the Customer Support Center in daily business and gain valuable practical experience.

These exciting tasks await you:

  • Telephone and electronic acceptance of customer inquiries (incidents service and change requests) as part of 1st level support and documentation in the ticket system
  • Carrying out the pre-qualification and prioritization of tickets in the area of user administration AD SAP MS Office applications Cisco VPN telecommunications general client/server support how-to support
  • Close cooperation and coordination with 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Support for projects (technology processes)
  • Creation of documentation process descriptions work aids and manuals
  • Coordination within the internationally oriented team within the framework of 7x24 support

Your profile:

  • Currently completing a degree program in the field of information technology electrical engineering or similar
  • Timely start and weekly availability of 18-20 hours as well as increased involvement during semester breaks (full-time possible)
  • IT affinity and enjoy collecting new information constantly learning and familiarizing yourself with IT topics and applying this knowledge in your daily work
  • Very good communication and social skills as well as a very good style of expression
  • Strong customer and service orientation paired with a high level of service orientation
  • Excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills
