Job Description
About the Role:
Working with Latin American markets and speaking Spanish this role is to guide and complete the full cycle procurement process. In this role you will train and uphold policy and established processes helping to guide and realign employees. This includes supplier maintenance and onboarding contracts purchase requisitions and troubleshooting difficult purchasing situations. This will entail doing due diligence on suppliers and gathering information from in-market employees.
What youll do:
Work with Latin America markets to support in purchasing activities
Use Coupa (P2O) to input suppliers contracts purchase requests etc.
Train on and uphold company policy and procedure
Gatekeeper to approval processes
Will work on computer mostly with zoom or Teams calls regularly
Troubleshoot difficult purchasing situations
What youll need:
Procurement degree preferred
Senior preferred
Spanish fluency a must
20 hours/week; availability every work day
Ability to quickly learn system (Coupa) company policy and process and familiarity with MS Office
Organizational skills
Bonus points for:
Previous procurement training experience
Previous Coupa experience
