We have a vacancy for a SAP Mining Industry Principal!

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of SAP Mining Industry Principal. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for driving SAP solutions tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of the mining industry. You will work closely with clients in the mining sector to understand their business requirements develop strategic SAP solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities:

1. Industry Expertise: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for SAP solutions within the mining industry staying abreast of industry trends challenges and best practices.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with mining industry clients understanding their business objectives and pain points to deliver customized SAP solutions.
3. Solution Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and develop SAP solutions that address specific mining industry needs including mine planning production optimization supply chain management asset management and environmental sustainability.
4. Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth within the mining sector leveraging SAP solutions to address emerging challenges and market demands.
5. Project Management: Lead the implementation of SAP solutions for mining industry clients ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
6. Change Management: Drive organizational change and user adoption of SAP solutions within mining companies providing training support and guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
7. Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives within the mining industry sharing insights best practices and success stories related to SAP solutions.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales consulting and product development to align SAP offerings with the evolving needs of the mining industry.

Requirements:

1. Industry Experience: Extensive experience working in or with the mining industry with a deep understanding of its operations processes and challenges.
2. SAP Expertise: Proven expertise in SAP solutions relevant to the mining sector such as SAP S/4HANA SAP Integrated Business Planning SAP Asset Intelligence Network and SAP Environment Health and Safety Management.
3. Consulting Skills: Strong consulting skills including the ability to effectively engage with clients understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
4. Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading SAP implementation projects with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities develop business cases and drive innovation within the mining industry.
7. Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
8. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Mining Engineering Business Administration Computer Science or related disciplines.
