Carat is looking to add a Manager Paid Searchto its team supporting one of its largest clients. Reporting to the Associate Director Digital this client-facing role is a balance of analytical and executional where you will be a mentor to junior teammates and help manage projects and daily role can be based remotely though a Detroit-based candidate is preferred.
You Will:
Monitor and optimize campaigns to performance goals
Provide insights on campaign and industry trends and present these insights to the client
Create and interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights
Ensure campaigns use best PPC practice guidelines
Help execute PPC campaigns; account setup uploading keywords ad creatives and ad extensions strategy and tactical development and organization
Produce raw data to create performance reports
Attend and contribute to weekly calls and meetings
Build strong relationships across PPC and Client Services teams
You Have:
2-3 years of paid search experience (where paid search was the predominant part of your responsibilities)
Bachelors degree
Comfort managing client communication without requiring Account Supervisor involvement
1 years of experience drawing important analysis from data and making specific recommendations i.e. adapted to change strategies and recommendations based on data sets
Well versed in client KPIs specifically in Direct Response
An understanding of Display Media SEO Affiliates Feeds Mobile Social and Attribution and influence on Paid Search Activities
Client-facing presentation experience
Google Certification (Fundamentals) Analytics and Adwords Certification
Exposure to paid social preferably LinkedIn Ads

The annual salary range for this position is $51000-$83375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
