Now Hiring: Production Control Associate Full-Time $16/hr. Starting Pay
Location: Onsite
Shifts: As scheduled by the Manager (May include 1st 2nd or 3rd shift)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (with potential weekend/overtime as needed)
Are you dependable detail-oriented and ready to be part of a critical production team Were looking for a Production Control Associate who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and takes pride in accurate high-quality work.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Operate production printing for client notices checks and financial documents
- Prepare printed materials for mailing-both via automated systems and manual handling
- Upload and track daily electronic financial transactions
- Maintain accurate logs for production services and billing using digital and manual systems
- Assist with inventory and warehouse documentation storage
- Receive deliveries and coordinate document pickups with approved vendors
- Perform general facility and departmental support tasks as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical stamina: Able to walk stand bend and stretch for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently
- Willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays and occasional Sundays
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask while staying accurate
- Understanding of SOPs and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Access)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
