Reporting to: Global CEO
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEOs day-to-day activities. Acting as a trusted partner you will provide high-level support anticipate needs and create space for the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires a proactive detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills solid business acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. By managing schedules handling communications and driving efficiency across the agency. While the CEO is your primary focus you may also provide occasional support to other C-Suite Executives.
Main day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Executive & Operational Support
Strategic & Project Management
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Reporting & Problem-Solving
Leadership & Culture

You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly usually in the London office with occasional UK
travel on-site at events and some weekend work.
This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Flexible Working

Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
