The Role
As Marketing Science Manager youll specialise in incrementality experiments playing a pivotal role in assessing the true impact of our marketing efforts on driving business outcomes. You will design and execute experiments aimed at determining the incremental lift generated by various media channels and initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will develop methodologies analyse results and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
Delivery of the full range of our products and services for our clients to improve their marketing effectiveness through the usage of MMM Attribution reporting experimentation & incrementality testing and bespoke media analytics
Act as the client lead for small to medium sized projects ensuring high quality deliveries and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders
Contribution of development work towards our product roadmap as identified by our technical directors
Create and present compelling stories informed by our data work for all stakeholders
Creation of measurement frameworks and strategies
What we are looking for in you
Core understanding of the requirements limitations & value of marketing effectiveness services such as MMM Attribution experimentation and Incrementality testing
Ability to execute our core services independently and the ability to guide and train more junior team members
Core statistical knowledge
Core understanding of how marketing can contribute to business success and strong understanding of marketing theory
Understanding how different solutions work together to create a holistic measurement framework
Advanced proficiency in Excel/PPT
R or Python SQL PowerBI (or similar technology)
