Facilitate smooth employee onboardingand maintain HR documentation within relevant systems.
Manage feedback processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines across the remote team.
Support with tenders by organizing necessary compliance documents.
Fluent inGerman and English(min. C1 in both written and spoken).
Permanently available to work in theBerlinarea.
Strongorganizational and multitaskingskills.
Experience inadministrative assistance pref. in an international business environment.
Proficiency in organizing cloud workspaces ( Workspace).
Familiarity withbasic bookkeeping and finance processes.
Ability to workindependently and proactively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Event planning experience (team-building activities off-site events conferences)
