Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides planning coordination and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs from initial project identification through construction closeout.
- Works closely and coordinates with Department State Hospital senior management staff.
- May supervise office/field administrative staff project/field engineers and other assigned staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Construction Manager on public agency facility upgrade projects; healthcare a plus.
- Knowledge of design-phase management building codes agencies having jurisdiction construction estimating cost management project controls/scheduling documentation engineering/construction principles contracts and construction delivery methods.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Proficiency with various document control systems.
- Assumes the lead in project meetings.
- Registration as an Architect Professional Engineer or other related field preferred.
- Certified Construction Manager preferred.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including education qualifications experience and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $140000.00-$145000.00.
