Job Description
Love fixing things and making a difference Join the RiverLodge Assisted Living family as our Maintenance Director and help keep our beautiful community safe comfortable and running smoothly for the seniors who call it home.
What Youll Do:
Handle repairs and maintenance around the building
Keep our community safe clean and beautiful
Ensure compliance with health safety and building codes
Respond to work orders and emergencies
Work with vendors and maintain records
What Were Looking For:
Experience in general maintenance (plumbing electrical HVAC etc.)
Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations
Friendly dependable and organized
Great with people and a team player
