Job Description
Description
- Manage daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Supervise and evaluate nursing and clinic staff performance
- Ensure compliance with TJC HIPAA PCMH and PCSP standards
- Coordinate staff training scheduling and onboarding
- Oversee clinical quality safety and performance improvement
- Monitor budgets staffing levels and revenue cycle processes
- Support patient satisfaction and staff engagement initiatives
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Valid RN license and BLS certification required
- 5 years of clinical experience; prior management experience preferred
- EMR and PCMH/PCSP experience a plus
