ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist. Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to keep a large number of projectstasks synchronized. All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail and have the ability to learn a large amount of technical data relating to our products. Strong mathematical skills are required as those skills will be used daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter data and make changes to existing data figures in digital databases
- Insert data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile verify the accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Generate reports store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files when needed
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Two plus years of experience in Data Entry
- Advanced Microsoft Office and G-Suite knowledge
- Basic knowledge of touch-typing system and database management tools
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think analytically
- AAAS degree or equivalent work experience
- English additional language(s) an advantage
- Schedule of this position: Monday Friday Core business hours Onsite
