Your Team Responsibilities
The Private Capital Solutions team is responsible for sourcing validating and maintaining data on underlying investments in private capital partnerships. The team analyzes fund manager reports conducts web-based research and applies industry standards like GICS for accurate classification. Responsibilities include resolving data issues maintaining entity linkages and ensuring high-quality client-ready outputs.
Your Key Responsibilities
Associate Private Capital Solutions will be responsible for sourcing entering and maintaining detailed information on the underlying portfolio investments of private capital partnerships. Data is gathered directly from fund manager reports and various online sources. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed reviews and analysis of private capital partnership financial statements to accurately capture underlying investments
- Performing in-depth online research to gather investment information
- Applying GICS methodology to classify various investment types (e.g. companies real assets)
- Entering and validating data in line with accuracy and productivity standards
- Resolving issues related to incorrect entity linkage
- Handling advanced profiling tasks including duplicate detection name changes stock updates and GUID modifications
- Addressing and resolving DSQ (data service quality) issues
- Mentoring junior researchers through one-on-one guidance
- Performing data verification and quality checks
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- MBA and a CFA or FRM certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; exposure to AI and machine learning is an added advantage
- Experience with databases records management or business-related data entry involving strict accuracy and deadlines
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with a research-driven approach
- Proficiency in sourcing and verifying company information from credible and reliable sources
