Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated full-timeReception and Office Coordinatorto join our leading building and construction materials company located inParramatta NSW.

As the Reception and Office Coordinator every day will be different but the key focus areas that you will be concentrating your efforts on include:

  • Manage all office administration including collating data for reporting purposes distribution of mail purchasing of supplies and catering for office

  • Receptionist duties including answering phones filing photocopying ensuring compliance and quality control

  • Coordination of company events including monthly presentations and/or social activities

  • Organizing travel arrangements and reservations as and when required

  • Co-ordinate building maintenance services including the building access cards and car park arrangements with building security on a day-to-day basis

  • Communications with internal and external relations i.e. staff suppliers corporate clients & management.

  • Assist in purchasing goods and services required by the Parramatta staff.

  • Co-ordination of inbound and outbound mail

  • Maintenance of kitchen kitchen equipment and meeting rooms

  • Manage and motivate 1 part time support staff

This role is a great fit for you if you have:

  • Some previous administration reception and customer service experience or if you are new to admin with a willingness to learn we can train you on the job

  • Good interpersonal skills when communicating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Microsoft Office Applications experience such as Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Enterprise system experience such as SAP (desirable) Oracle or similar

  • Able work to strict deadlines and hold a high level of resilience in ever changing work environments
