What Youll Do
As our Install Manager youll lead train and inspire a top-tier installation team to deliver high-quality work and exceptional customer experiences every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the tone: bring energy and positivity that fuels your team.
- Coach and mentor 8 technicians to perform at their best.
- Lead in-field training and hold the team to high standards.
- Partner with the Install Coordinator to align strengths to jobs
- Partner with technical manager training coach and service managers to advance skillsets
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Oversee project timelines ensuring quality and efficiency.
Desired Skills and Experience
- HVAC Journeyman license (required)
- Proven leadership or coaching experience with a team
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and customers
- A passion for training developing others and driving team performance
