Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is seeking a Customer Coordinator to join our team located in North Charleston SC.
Position Responsibilities:
Must have good leadership and motivational skills to lead the team
Must understand the importance of time management and be proactive at all times
Must know how to delegate tasks to the team
Verifies product conformance to design requirements
Provides objective evidence of results
Validates work instructions tooling requirements certifications process standards policies and procedures
Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items
Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3 years of experience in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
3 years of experience working on the 787 Program
1 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
1 years of experience leading Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Prevention and Tool Management activities in a production environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Must maintain all necessary certifications received when beginning employment with Boeing which is a requirement to certify the work that is performed in the appropriate Manufacturing Execution System
Experience with the following types of hand tools (calipers digital optical micrometers depth gages thread gages go no go gages etc.)
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel Work PowerPoint)
