QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative secretarial experience; experience in public education settings preferred.
- Ability to prioritize organize multi-task numerous complex administrative activities work collaboratively and manage time with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Suite Outlook 365 Google Drive; skilled in the use of graphics charts tables spreadsheets and word processing.
- Strong Attention to detail and organizational skills required including record keeping filing organization of office procedures and general office management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant telephone personality.
- Experience with bookkeeping and maintaining budgets
- Preference will be give to District Employees

$38963 CP-6
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare correspondence forms and elementary curriculum publications.
- Process purchase orders maintain budget ledger sheets and reconcile budget reports for multiple curriculum accounts.
- Process payroll and maintain records as needed.
- Manage the directors calendar mail and phone correspondence.
- Prepare agendas and materials needed for meetings and staff development sessions.
- Manage conference registration for district and campus staff as needed.
- Process Title I orders needed and follow procedures for purchases.
- Create yearly schedule for monitor team campus visits and campus instructional leadership tean coaching visits.
- Attend monitor campus visits maintain confidentiality and accurately document meeting minutes.
- Maintain consultant relations create consultant agreements and process payments as necessary. Coordinate campus specific schedules with consultants.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals. Prolonged sitting; frequent standing stooping bending pulling and pushing. Repetitive hand motions frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; frequent movement of test booklets media equipment tables and other equipment. Lifting and carrying (up to 40 pounds). Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress. May require after hours work.
