You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this Our Growing Family Medicine Team as an APP in Southeastern Washington!Lourdes Medical Center a 99-bed acute care facility with a proud legacy dating back to 1916 is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our well-established outpatient practice. Our collaborative environment is rooted in compassionate care dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of our Highlights:Schedule: Most providers work four 10-hour shifts per week (7 AM 5 PM).Clinic Structure: Experienced providers typically see 30-minute new patient visits and 15-minute follow-ups for uncomplicated Rotation: Shared equally among physicians; after-hours nurse answering service & BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary wRVU Production IncentiveCME Allowance for ongoing professional developmentSign-On Bonus & Medical Debt AssistanceRelocation Allowance to ensure a smooth transitionComprehensive Health Benefits Retirement PlanMarketing & Practice Growth SupportEducational Loan Reimbursement assistance
