Position Summary:
Neumont College of Computer Science is seeking a temporary part-time Alumni Outreach Associate to support a short-term project verifying and updating alumni records. In this role youll make phone calls to Neumont graduates to confirm contact and employment information introduce them to available alumni services and help strengthen their connection to the college community.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to Neumont alumni from an on-site office.
Confirm and update alumni contact and employment information.
Provide a brief overview of Neumonts alumni services and offerings.
Accurately record call outcomes and updated information in provided tools.
Report findings and feedback to the Alumni Services team.
Maintain a friendly professional and confidential communication style.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong record-keeping ability.
Comfort with making phone calls and engaging in brief structured conversations.
Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision.
Experience in customer service outreach or administrative work is a plus.
Familiarity with Neumont College (as a student alum or staff) is a bonus but not required.
