Job Description

As an HVAC/R Instructor youll play a crucial role in guiding students through our comprehensive program equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire Learning: Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on labs using our state-of-the-art curriculum.
  • Mentor and Guide: Foster a supportive learning environment and help students reach their full potential.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of industry advancements and share your expertise with students.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work alongside a team of dedicated instructors to continuously improve our program.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC/R installation repair and maintenance.
  • Passion for Teaching: A genuine desire to share your knowledge and inspire others. No teaching experience required. We provide training to help you succeed.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems with ease.
