What you will do -
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors (includes but is not limited to cycle counting all consignment and branch inventories; researching shipping discrepancies)
- Prepare products supplies equipment or other items shipment confirmation and hospital placement.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner (includes but is not limiting to staging QA QA expired and inventory offices )
- Request updated customer consignment agreement forms annually and as consignment inventory is adjusted with hospital staff and/or sales representative
- Work with branch management and sales to optimize inventory levels and utilization
- Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout the branch. (includes but not limited to holding material review board meetings; managing product actions; managing non-conformance product )
- Implement and educate branch staff on Stryker procedures and branch-wide best practices to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system (includes but not limited to the OPEN lot code process; the identification; removal and destruction of expired product; counting inventory; transferring inventory)
- Carry out inventory projects and keep management informed of progress from start to finish. (includes but not limited to managing hospital owned product exchanges consignment increases managing trauma inventory agreement process managing IOC process)
What you need -
Required -
- 3 year of experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers license with good driving record.
- Must be able to work flexibles to fit business needs
- Must have the ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Excel and Microsoft Suite
Preferred -
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment product usage and inventory control systems and processes - highly preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. Outlook Excel Access ERP and Word)
- ERP/SAP/Oracle
