We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism enthusiasm and a strong knowledge of our product offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner providing a world-class sales experience.
Guide clients through the vehicle selection process based on their needs preferences and budget.
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles highlighting features specifications and available financing options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory promotions financing options and industry trends.
Close sales by overcoming objections preparing sales contracts and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-up and exceptional service.
Meet and exceed dealership sales goals and performance metrics.
Accurately maintain records of customer interactions sales activity and transaction details using the CRM system.
Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed about brand updates and dealership procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous automotive or retail sales experience is a strong advantage but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Proficient with basic computer systems CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
