SUMMARY
Register hotel guests quote rooms and handle requests expeditiously. Provide outstanding front desk service ensuring an exceptional hotel guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
No supervisory/management authority.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)and 1 month of guest service experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work may be performed in a variety of settings including climate-controlled office settings and casino floors which includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Work will require varied shifts including weekends and holidays as needed. Work requires lifting objects up to 50lbs and standing for long periods of time.
