You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMasters degree in Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy Mental Health Social Work or related Human Services field and three (3) years of relevant experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling (ABEC) or currently licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners required.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $50050.00 - $81330.00/ year

Job Description:
To provide initial and ongoing clinical therapy services to adult oncology patients and families in the outpatient setting. To understand and assess the psychosocial impact of cancer on patients and their families. To provide psychosocial assessment counseling crisis intervention referrals and information. To work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to effect optimal patient and family outcomes. To serve as a resource for the oncology program and ancillary departments.
