Your impact in this position:
As Regional Sales Manager UK (f/m/d) you will be responsible for building our business in UK including entering a largely untapped market and acquiring new customers. You will navigate long sales cycles complex stakeholder structures and adapt our solutions both culturally and linguistically to the local market. In this role you will act as the main point of contact on the ground while integrating into our international company structure.

- Customer Acquisition: You will win new customers and present our solutions convincingly with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Market Adaptation: You will tailor our products and services to the cultural and linguistic needs of the UK market ensuring the local success of our solutions.
- Integration: You will work closely with our international team and integrate into our company structure. Despite the geographical distance you will ensure smooth communication and information flow.
- Leadership Responsibility: In the long term you will build a local team and take on leadership responsibilities with the goal of establishing our company as a leading provider in UK.
What you bring along:
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales ideally in the real estate or PropTech industry. You have a proven track record of building strong networks and collaborating with international teams.
- SaaS Sales: You have experience selling SaaS solutions and know how to successfully position them with clients. You understand the specifics of software solutions and can present them convincingly.
- Real Estate and ESG Expertise: You have solid knowledge of the real estate sector and a strong understanding of ESG topics. You know how sustainability can increase property value and leverage this in sales.
- CRM Knowledge: You are familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and confidently apply modern sales strategies. You use these tools to manage customer relationships effectively and optimize the sales process.
- Strong Communication Skills: You impress with your negotiation skills and intercultural competence. You can communicate complex topics clearly and build trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
- Hunter Mentality: You work proactively and solution-oriented with a strong ability to identify new business opportunities. Challenges motivate you and you tackle them in a structured and goal-driven way.
- Languages: Your native language is English. German skills are a plus and make working with the international team easier.
