About the role
As the Manager ITSS Risk Advisory youll lead a high-performing team to ensure that all new technology initiatives across WorkSafe Victoria and the TAC are secure compliant and aligned with strategic risk frameworks. Youll be responsible for designing and implementing information security risk assessments advising senior stakeholders and embedding robust governance practices across a diverse and impactful portfolio.

What were looking for
Proven Risk Leadership
Extensive experience managing information security and technology risk in complex environments with a deep understanding of risk frameworks governance and compliance.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Demonstrated ability to consult influence and build trust with senior executives and cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting. You are skilled in bridging the gap between technical detail and business understanding through clear and concise information.
Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence
Strong people leadership skills with experience managing subject matter experts driving team performance and overseeing risk assessments across large-scale portfolios.
