Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
- Engage actively throughout the design process from early discovery and prototyping to final interface design and feature follow-up
- Develop prototypes of various fidelities together with product leaders and technical leads for user research for desktop tablet and mobile interfaces
- Conduct user research independently to gather insights directly from end-users
- Analyze user needs business goals and technical capabilities to inform UX decisions
- Map user journeys to enhance comprehension and design effective user flows that improve the overall experience
- Deliver finalized and validated designs ready for implementation and conducting design reviews with the product team
- Collaborate with developers product leaders and fellow designers to ensure seamless implementation
- Ensure overall user experiences are world-class meeting agreed outcomes set with business stakeholders and product leaders
Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
- Demonstrated success in researching and user testing interactive product experiences
- Proficient in creating cohesive designs using established design systems
- Well-versed in user research tools and methodologies with experience in both in-person and remote user testing
- Strong understanding of best practices digital patterns and web/mobile design standards
- Ability to design visual aspects and micro-interactions with a focus on digital accessibility including WCAG compliance
- Skilled in workshop facilitation problem definition and analysis
- Expertise in Interaction Design with advanced Figma proficiency
- Both quantitative and qualitative data literacy
- Structured action-oriented approach to design challenges
Meritorious
- Familiarity with empowered product teams and the product trio setup
- Exposure to global products with multi-lingual interfaces
- Experiences within sales or retail environments
