Job Description:
Theproject manager main tasks are to steer and coordinate the ongoingprojects in the stream Harmonized Process Improvements. This streamconsist of 4-5 projects and shall be reported to Program management.
Alsothe project manager shall strategically plan the existing andupcoming projects roadmap and coordinate the prioritization andbusiness case of the initiatives with PMO and businessrepresentatives
S4Harmonized processes project management tasks and connecting the workto the overall companys Finance business plans.
Expectedoutcome: Ensure a clear business aligned project within harmonizedprocesses and clear business benefits realizations and KPI progress.
Requirements:

- Language requirements: English
Communication skills: excellent communication skills both verbal and written to convey business strategic and technical information to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills: be able to identify and solve complex alignment challenges both strategic and technical and anticipate and prevent potential issues before they arise.
Team player: works collaboratively with other team members and other teams to achieve our goals. Cater for good collaboration within the team and ensure the teams work progresses efficiently and smoothly.

- Responsibilities/Expectations from the role:
- S4Harmonized processes project management tasks & connecting thework to the overall Group Finance business plans
- Workshopsto identify harmonization potential and requirements
- Togetherwith client Group Finance and Financial Management Team developbusiness cases and internally prioritizing harmonization initiatives
- Developtime plans and KPIs for harmonization initiatives
- Communicationand alignment within PostNord Group Finance
- Followup progress and KPIs
- Collectedlysteer coach and follow up PL work within harmonized processes ( Estate NOVIS Credit management PCA decommission etc.)
- Partof Symphony project managers group and report to Symphony PMO andSteerco
