Requirements:
Fluent in German(C1) and English(B2) - both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and provide timely accurate solutions.
Familiarity with the travel industry and reservation platforms is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
