About the role:
As a bilingual ESL Operations Manager/ Trainer Operations Manager you will ensure the performance and productivity of our foreign language trainers based all around the world providing the necessary communication guidance and organisation for a positive and successful work environment.
What Youll Do:
- Closely manage a team of approximately 60 trainers based in Mauritius and around the world.
- Ensure consistent and high quality lesson delivery on a huge scale.
- Ensure trainer compliance with internal KPIs.
- Use data and KPIs for decision making and driving trainer- performance.
- Take the lead in the trainer recruitment process.
- Oversee HR aspects of your trainer team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions if issues arise.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of trainers.
What Youll Need:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of face-to-face managerial experience.
- Bilingual English/French.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience in teaching and/or corporate training is a big plus.
- Experience in working in multicultural environments is another plus.
- University Degree
