As a Sports Data Coordinator based in Chicago youll be at the heart of live college sports coverage. Working with our vast real-time data network youll help ensure the accuracy of in-venue game stats by monitoring and verifying data from tip-off to final whistle. Whether youre tuning into broadcasts or communicating directly with our on-site Scouts youll play a key role in capturing game scores stats and player performance in real time.

This is a part-time fast-paced role thats perfect for sports enthusiasts who thrive under pressure and want a front-row seat to the action all while gaining hands-on experience in the sports data and analytics field.

What Youll Do

Step into the fast-paced world of live college sports and help power the data behind the game. As a Sports Data Coordinator you will:

• Be available for evening weekend and holiday shifts aligning with the live game schedule because sports dont take days off.

• Monitor and validate real-time data coming in from professional and college and football games ensuring the information is accurate and up to the second.

• Use our proprietary web tools to review and edit game lineups scores player stats and event details both before during and after games.

• Report live stats as needed helping ensure our clients get the most accurate updates as the action unfolds.

• Bring a strong focus on precision speed and data integrity to every shift your accuracy helps fuel the wider sports ecosystem.

• Communicate and escalate issues quickly and professionally staying calm under pressure while juggling multiple tasks.

• Stay sharp with a working knowledge of NCAA and professional rules teams and players helping you recognize and react to key game events.

What Helps You Stand Out
While not required the following experience and skills will give you an edge:

• Familiarity with college and professional sports stats rules and tracking tools.

• An understanding of best practices for live data collection and quality assurance.

• Comfort using Office 365 applications and VoIP communication platforms (e.g. Zoom Teams).
