Job Description

We are looking for professionals to join a leading Chinese manufacturer of high-performance mining equipment and wear-resistant components serving global mineral processing operations since 2005. Their product line includes slurry pumps hydrocyclones mill liners flotation parts rubber/PU screen panels and more. With a growing international presence the company is expanding its footprint across Latin America

Location: Mexico City Mexico (On-site) - Full relocation including visa sponsorship is available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and client acquisition across Mexico and South America
  • Build and manage key accounts within the mining and mineral processing sectors
  • Promote and sell a full range of heavy industrial equipment and parts
  • Conduct market research competitor tracking and regional reporting
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions events and trade shows


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field
  • Chinese-native fluency in Spanish and English
  • 5 years of overseas experience ideally with legal residency in Mexico or valid U.S./Canadian visa
  • Proven track record in direct sales of large-scale mechanical or industrial products
  • Familiarity with Latin American market operations especially in factory or field-based roles
  • Strong understanding of key account management and technical B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across multicultural settings
