Job Description
Machine Build Supervisor
What youll do:
TLead and manage the machining team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts meeting cost and safety standards while maintaining operational excellence.
Oversee resource planning scheduling and procurement processes ensuring smooth coordination of materials process and final deliveries.
Drive cost reduction and lead time improvement initiatives using APS tools strategic planning and continuous process optimization.
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching development plans and structured team management aligned with organizational goals.
What is required:
Mechanical engineering mechatronics electronics or similar
At least three years experience in machinery process
Functional Competencies: Solid Woks Draft sight 2d interpretation of mechanical drawings. Machinery process CNC lather and mill machines tolerances geometric quoting process production planning
