Were hiring a driven results-oriented Full-Cycle Sales Representative to help scale a growing team and drive consistent revenue growth. This is a remote role focused on managing the entire sales process from outreach to close with a mix of inbound and outbound leads.
Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
Engage with warm leads and conduct cold calls from an existing lead database
Maintain client relationships post-sale and transition accounts to the account management team
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets
Collaborate with SDRs to refine lead generation and improve conversion rates
Proven experience managing full-cycle sales ideally in a B2B setting
Strong closing skills and ability to manage a dynamic sales pipeline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (minimal accent preferred)
Comfort with remote tools and workflows
Familiarity with the home services industry is a plus
Experience working with international or remote teams
Understanding of sales and marketing strategies for home service providers
